What’s Arbor Day? It’s a holiday celebrating TREES. The name Arbor Day comes from the Latin Word for tree. On Arbor Day, we visit trees, sit under trees, hug trees, and even plant trees. Arbor Day doesn’t always on the same day every year, but it’s usually in the Spring when the ground isn’t frozen anymore. That makes it easier to plant trees! Arbor Day is celebrated in many places around the world. Do you celebrate Arbor Day where you live?
