Rock Around The Clock
This is the first dance routine I choreographed to supplement our exercise program, to Bill Haley's "Rock Around the Clock." It rounds out beautifully to two minutes--short and sweet! My favorite part is the twist with the "funny feet," which you can do slowly as I do in the first half of the dance, or double time to make it fast and furious!
