Jesus is visitng his childhood hometown of Nazareth. [Luke 4:16-21] ... As was his custom on the Sabbath, Jesus goes to the local Synagogue to worship. He takes his turn to read and quotes from a passage in Isaiah that prophecies of the coming Messiah. [Isaiah 61:1-2]
