Last Saturday, Shanelle Reilly had her Quinceañera, a traditional 15th birthday party in the Hispanic culture. Many traditions are associated with the event, including putting on lipstick for the first time and "changing of the shoes," when she wears high heels for the first time. She had a Court of Honor of 14 couples. Her parents are Candy and Shaun Reilly of North Smithfield, and Shanelle is a freshman at La Salle Academy.
