The first video in our Healthy Eating topic is all about starchy carbohydrates and is for children aged 5-7. Find out about some of the foods you might eat regularly like rice, noodles and breakfast cereal. We need these foods to give us energy to play sports and games. Carbohydrates are the fuel that keeps our body running. We'll also take a closer look at wholegrain foods.
