‘THE FORCE WILL BE WITH YOU...ALWAYS!!’… Thats Right Jedi’s! It’s time to train along with another Star Wars workout! This time you are at the rebel base at 'Yavin 4', practising your force skills to become a stronger more gifted Jedi. So click play and follow along with one of our Jedi masters, and of course, make sure to use THE FORCE! :) You have 8 ROUNDS of 20secs work and 10secs rest between each round.
