Today we are going to move while using a ball. You will need to find a ball to use. It can be a small ball or a large ball. We are going to do different exercises with the ball to improve your cardiovascular endurance, hand-eye coordination, foot-eye coordination, reaction time, balance, strength, and body awareness. Have fun and work hard!
